Adactua nasce nel 2022. Non da un capitale ereditato, ma da 70.000 euro guadagnati facendo consulenza gestionale alle aziende: entrando nelle loro stanze, guardando i numeri veri, rimettendo ordine. È lì che ho capito una cosa semplice — la maggior parte del valore non si crea comprando e vendendo, ma gestendo bene ciò che già esiste.
Da qui la scelta di costruire un family office, non un fondo. Nessun capitale di terzi, nessuna promessa di rendimento, nessun prodotto da vendere. Solo il nostro patrimonio, poche posizioni, e la libertà di ragionare a lungo termine.
I fatti, non le parole. Adactua significa “agli atti”: conta solo ciò che resta a referto.
Le prime due posizioni dicono già chi siamo: Adamanti, una partecipazione operativa al 100% in studi dentistici privati da rilevare e rilanciare; e una riserva immobiliare che dà stabilità. Da qui si parte.

Adactua was born in 2022. Not from inherited capital, but from €70,000 earned doing management consulting for companies — walking into their rooms, looking at the real numbers, putting things back in order. That is where I understood something simple: most value is not created by buying and selling, but by managing well what already exists.
Hence the choice to build a family office, not a fund. No third-party capital, no promised returns, no product to sell. Only our own estate, a few positions, and the freedom to think long term.
Facts, not words. Adactua means “on the record”: only what remains on file counts.
The first two positions already say who we are: Adamanti, a 100% operating stake in private dental practices to acquire and relaunch; and a real-estate reserve that provides stability. This is where we begin.
