Il nome dice tutto. Adactua — “agli atti”. Misuriamo ciò che facciamo dai fatti messi a referto: aziende rilevate, rilanciate e tenute nel tempo, non promesse. The name says it. Adactua — “on the record”. We measure what we do by what is placed on the record: businesses acquired, turned around and held over time — not promises.

ADACTUA gestisce esclusivamente il patrimonio della famiglia. Non raccogliamo risparmio da terzi e non offriamo prodotti finanziari. ADACTUA manages the family’s own capital only. We do not raise third-party savings and we do not offer financial products.

Nasce nel 2022 da un capitale personale di 70.000 euro, frutto di attività di consulenza aziendale in ambito gestionale. Da lì abbiamo costruito un portafoglio concentrato: poche posizioni, capite a fondo, detenute a lungo. It began in 2022 from €70,000 of personal capital, earned through management consulting work. From there we built a concentrated portfolio: few positions, deeply understood, held for the long run.
